What does the CCJ Search service include?

The CCJ Search service provides an independent search of the UK County Court Judgment register. If a judgment is found, you will receive a digital report containing key court details.If no judgment exists, confirmation of a clear search will be provided.This service is a search and information service only and does not include certified court documents.

What does the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Search include?

This service provides an independent search of the UK Insolvency Register. The report confirms whether any bankruptcy, IVA, or insolvency actions are recorded under the details provided. Results are delivered digitally.

What is a Certified CCJ Copy?

A Certified CCJ Copy is an official, court-stamped copy of a County Court Judgment. This document is often required for formal purposes such as legal proceedings, immigration applications, or disputes. Processing times depend on the issuing court.

What if no record is found?

Fees cover the cost of performing the search and processing the request. Payment is required regardless of whether a record is found. If no record exists, confirmation of a clear search will be provided. This is standard practice for court record search services.

How long does processing take?

Most requests are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on record availability, the accuracy of submitted information, and court response times. We do not guarantee same-day or instant results.

Can I request a refund if no record is found?

No. Refunds are not issued solely because a search returns no result. Refunds may be considered if we are unable to perform the service as described or if an error occurs during processing.

Do you provide legal advice?

No. Court Records Direct does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or interpretations. Our services are administrative and informational only.

Who can request a court record search?

Court record searches may be requested by individuals and professionals for legitimate purposes such as personal record checks, tenancy or employment screening, legal preparation, or dispute resolution.By submitting a request, you confirm that you are authorised to request the information provided.

How is my information handled?
